Atuh Beach
Atuh Beach is a hidden paradise tucked beneath towering limestone cliffs on the southeastern coast of Nusa Penida. Known for its turquoise waters, powdery white sand, and dramatic rock formations rising from the sea, it offers a serene escape for nature lovers. Reaching the beach requires a short hike down a well-maintained staircase, rewarding visitors with a tranquil shoreline perfect for sunbathing and swimming when the tide is right. The unspoiled beauty of Atuh Beach makes it a favorite for those seeking a quiet, picturesque retreat.

Diamond Beach
Just across from Atuh Beach lies Diamond Beach, a stunning stretch of coastline framed by white limestone cliffs and dotted with palm trees. Its name comes from the diamond-shaped rocks that adorn the shoreline. A newly built staircase carved into the cliffside allows visitors to descend to the beach, although the path is steep and best suited for those comfortable with a challenging walk. The dazzling views from the top are often enough, offering postcard-worthy panoramas of Nusa Penida’s raw coastal beauty.

Tree House Molenteng
Perched on the edge of a cliff with sweeping views of the ocean and rock islets, Tree House Molenteng is one of Nusa Penida’s most iconic photo spots. Originally built as a simple accommodation, it has gained fame on social media for its breathtaking backdrop of the Thousand Island Viewpoint. While staying overnight is possible with advance booking, most visitors come for the photo opportunity and the short trek that leads to this stunning vantage point. It’s the perfect place to capture the raw and dramatic seascape of the island.

Thousand Island Viewpoint
The Thousand Island Viewpoint offers a bird’s-eye view of Nusa Penida’s eastern coast, where numerous rock formations rise majestically from the ocean, resembling a scattering of islands. Accessible via a short hike with several staircases and platforms, the viewpoint is ideal for sunrise watchers and photography enthusiasts. The peaceful atmosphere and expansive views make it a highlight of the island’s east side, often combined with visits to the nearby Tree House and Diamond Beach.
